Does anyone else get uncontrollable shakiness with their anxiety?

This happens in the morning and lasts several hours. My legs shake uncontrollably. It is like restless leg syndrome, but stronger. My muscles tense and release, over and over, and I can't make it stop. It just has to run its course. Total bummer.

I get shaky and stomach aches. The shakiness is more in my hands though. I've been told though that it might be neurological, so I've been monitoring myself over the years to make sure it's not getting worse.

Yes, but mine is pure anger. It has only erupted a couple of times, and I think it is because my son has been trying my patience, and now I'm watching him for signs that he's becoming like his father! Scary doesn't begin to cover it.

It's not trembling, it's very pronounced shaking. Can't hold a thing when it happens.
