Paroxetine/paxil

Paroxetine stopped working for me over 12 months ago so doctor suggested i tried another ssri ive tried two different brands one worked better than the other but none of them provided relief like paroxetine has done. Anyone any experience of going back on paroxetine after a break and it working again

I didn't want your post to go unanswered. I've been off and on many meds but not this one in particular.

Has the Dr suggested resuming it?

Have they talked about using another category of drug to see if that works?

Thanks for your reply. I have an appointment 27th this month with doctor and its just my own thoughts/thinking if it would work successfully again after having a break from it

Hey, it was a lowsy appointment with the wrong doctor. Doctor reading scripted questions with zero empathy and i felt he had no knowledge of mental health what so ever 😞
