Rumbling

While sleeping, I don’t know what comes first. The rumbling in my stomach that causes anxiety, or the anxiety that causes rumbling in my stomach.

happens to me most nights. But not during the day which makes me think it is anxiety first

Yeah I think it’s my anxiety. Specially since it hits me when I’m between being half awake and half asleep

hmmm.....I'd say a little bit of both.....for me it's the fact that I get so tired that I can't figure out which end is up

I have ulcerative colitis. So sometimes it starts with my stomach.

So yeah both is correct.
