it does , when my stomach hurts from anxiety I try to drink some tea it helps sometimes .
Same for me. It happens whenever I have to do a presentation, or when deadline is near but the work is not nearly finished.
Sure does! I’ve found two things which help meditation and physical activity.
Anxiety and stomach / digestive problems go "hand in hand" . . . I wish I could get more calm so that it would settle down.
Most definitely. That is the worst part of anxiety for me, not being able to eat and then burning up with acid. It is all to do with the vagus nerve.
