i had this sent i was a kids. i struggling with it forever trying to find way to cope with them in different ways like taking walk ,hitting the punching bag ,talk to people , listening to headspace. any other help you can give me

I too been suffering w bipolar depression n severe anxiety my whole life,it's a very hard thing to live with,I take meds help a bit but I have bouts of mania w overthink or scattered thoughts, my brother took his own life and he struggled w it too and lost the battle,I now caregive my elderly mom who's got mental illness and severe anxiety,I really hope you can find relief, music helps me,but not the answer,YouTube has alot good stuff to try,I wish you the best this holiday time of year I just despise my anxiety spikes and I can't stand being around people,and the stress that comes w it....
