Hello all, been taking all the advice people were sharing and just taking it easy and taking my time with everything. I've been back home now a little over a month and feel the happiest and healthiest I have in a long time. I still catch myself obsessing over how fast I am doing things and how it all looks to other but learning to just let that go. I'm working on just relaxing and letting life happen instead of constantly questioning everything and trying to control. I still feel very lost and confused but overall feeling much happier and healthier and hitting the gym hard.
