Hi James, I’m also from the UK. Because of my lack of attention I tend to find short 5 minute meditation works for me. Usually focusing on my breathing.
hi, I find deep breathing the best to help me relax.
I usually imagine I am in beautiful place, and breathing calmly for different counts or I envisage beautiful vase or object (elephant jewellery) and breathing deeply but not harshly gently for counts helps to - details I like colourful - it focus and increases my concentration
