Health update

So I went to the doctor’s today to get my blood test results and said everything is looking good.

Also mentioned that my headache might be stress related cause of my anxiety.

I have been feeling dizzy and it’s not quite a pain but like a head band in top of my head.

along with some ear fullness.

I feel like I’ve had these symptoms before but it’s been so long that I don’t remember.

Anyway I hope everyone is having a good day today

Yes big relief. Now just gotta deal with the headache that comes with all the anxiety tension.

Take some medicine and fresh mineral water but I think even without medicine keep hydrated
