How to look passed the Physical symptoms?

I have had anxiety for years and the thing that sends me into panic attacks are the physical symptoms that go hand in hand. I have been under more stress and life changes recently with the death of my grandmother, my best friend's father and my grandfather has just gotten out of the hospital due to a clot in his heart. All three people had heart problems. My anxiety is starting to turn into symptoms related to my chest. I have gone to urgent care twice, seen my primary, gotten blood work done, and had three EKGs, and am totally fine. I am also only 27 years old. I am currently getting back on medication and this whirlwind is taking me for a toll. I am not sleeping, my chest is constantly burning, and my brain feels sensitive and tingly sometimes kind of like an electric shock. I am not sure if these are normal anxiety systems since they are new to me but I am starting to really struggle. I am afraid I'm going to end up sending myself into a mental breakdown.

Hi hoganaa5293, your body is reacting to the recent stress in your life. It's telling you to take it easy. take a Pepcid and try to rest. whatever is causing you to lose sleep, address that first. nothing works when you're tired and exhausted. i think that's why your brain feels off. rest enables you to refuel so you can be a a warrior again. you are young and there are many more years ahead. don't burn yourself out so early.

hoganaa lifting you in prayer. Your fears are being triggered by valid reasons and the anxiety is just sending it to the max power. You’re not alone. And the more fear and reaction to thee sensations the more they increase or stink around. I feel for you and I’ve felt them and still deal with it on various levels. Try to do breathing exercises for the physical sensations and symptoms to slow it down. Deep breaths using your abdomen. Hang in there.
