Night and AM calf and foot cramps!!!

a few weeks ago after a long weekend of golf I started seeing a twitch in my calf. As I always do, I googled what could cause calf twitching and boy did I send me down a rabbit hole

I am on week three of severe, anxiety and stress and it seems like it’s making my calf and foot cramps worse at night or in the morning.

just a little freaked out!!

I too suffer with foot and calf cramps, I have never found any reason for this. Maybe you have just given me some sort of idea as to why it happens.

I hope we both find some relief. It’s exhausting, especially when the cramping starts and a panic attack comes along with it. Good luck, my friend.
