Being forced to switch brands of Escitalopram after 3 years… scared to death!

my doctor assured me years ago my mirtazapine was the exact same ingredient no matter who the maker was.

no none at all he said Paracetamol at 99p or 1,99 all have the same ingredients and that goes for prescribed drugs.

Your health care provider may have a good reason for the change. It’s probably going to be for the best.

It wasn’t my provider it because that manufacturer quite making that brand.

I re-read what you said, my apologies. Although it’s a different medication I have had the same issue with ventolin for asthma I was reliant on it being ventolin but I got prescribed salumol which is the same just different name. It’s probably going to be the same for you
