no I’m not and I’ve never been in therapy

I kinda buried it by going full throttle in school.

Now that I’m older I’m struggling with sleeping, staying on task, and focusing,

I have bouts of anxiety and panic that I keep trying Bro fix with diet and exercise!

I keep telling myself you’re not a victim you were victimized HELL now I don’t know why that has been so important for me to say to myself over and over again like it was a badge of honor.

However seeing someone post that man’s picture as made me loose my Shit!!

I WAS A VICTIM THAT WAS VICTIMIZED!!!

I’ve put my head in the sand and I don’t have the tools I need to cope!! I’m in a panic

I don’t knw where to go or what to do.

I feel embarrassed afraid and ashamed

all my hard work feels useless I keep saying to myself “ What hard work have you done? You didn’t prepare very well because if you had you wouldn’t be loosing your shit”

I DONT know here to go or what to do and I should 😪😪

Have you thought about trying therapy now? You deserve support. You shouldn't have to go through this alone. It is ok to need help. Again, I will say please call a crisis line if you need to. There are people there to help. We are here to help too. I am glad you are posting. You are not alone.
