I did do a brief search and couldn't find anything nearby. I'm in crisis mode right now so my mind is not operating very well. I figured I'd reach out and see if anyone already had an answer.

Thank you. Yes, I'm thinking about doing that. I just need a long-term plan though. This has been an ongoing battle for over 3 decades. Something's gotta give . . .

Well you are in the right place here. There is so much support offered here. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable sharing. There is always someone here. I think it is great you are looking into a long term plan. Just be sure to take care of yourself in the present moment as well.

You could contact your local area chapter of NAMI, they usually have support groups and resources for mental health available.
