Anyone successful with medication for panic attacks?

I have never tried medication other than Buspar for anxiety, I've always just battled them naturally and have come quite far in my journey in overcoming them but I do get tired of battling sometimes and I wonder if anybody had had success with medications in stopping social anxiety with panic attacks that they can share with me and is it worth it?

Gabapentin has been a game changer for me.

I'm on Buspar but I also do relaxation exercises daily and that's helped a lot and the occasional xanax for sleeplessness and panic. Daily exercises helps a lot too
