How do you know you have anxiety?

And how can I get help with that?

Hello. Anxiety can be very difficult to cope with. My anxiety started when I was 17. I felt like I was having a heart attack. It was difficult to breathe. My heart was beating fast and hard. I felt dread and like something bad was going to happen. I'm 45 now and my anxiety is even worse. Those same symptoms and things like shaking, sweating, can't breathe at all, I will feel sick to my stomach, can't focus or think. Your primary care Dr might be a good place to start if these symptoms are new to you. More than likely he will send you to possibly a psychiatrist for medication. There are lots of different. Medications that might bring relief for your symptoms. There are also simple things like breathing exercises, ways to manage stress, exercise, relaxation techniques, the list really does go on and on.

You might have to try different medications to see which is effective against your anxiety. Things that work for others might not work for you. Keep an open mind. Talk to your doctor and keep posting and researching to find what works for you.

I did experience such pain felt like a heart attack , I also had palpitation I keep having a lot of different symptoms and I still have no idea what’s going on

Recently I saw a video with symptoms of Anxiety which are the symptoms that I’m having that is why I thought I might have anxiety

But I will go to the doctor and check what works for me🙃
