Music is therapeutic for me. I’m a concierge at a senior living community from 3 PM - midnight M - F. It’s challenging at night, when I have little interaction and now they play piped in elevator music that I despise. I pay you tube music at my desk. It helps me get thru my shifts.
I remember back to when I first joined HU. My therapy was on Wednesday's. I would come home and pull up the music post that was always put up on that day.
It really saved me. It gave me emotional stability after very difficult sessions
