I was having a decent day…. I’ve been really tired lately but that could be the new medicine. And than the panic hit… I’m ok and still at work… I’m just discouraged (and tired 😴). I know it’ll pass and I’m only mildly fearful… mostly I feel discouraged and annoyed.
How can I go years with no issues and now it’s bad again 🤷♀️

I understand, I was fine today also, until I too was hit with a panic attack. I say, just try to get through it. Breathe deep and use some grounding exercises. I would like to recommend a therapist on YouTube, she's super helpful, even during a panic attack.
