It’s interesting you mention HRT as a treatment for anxiety. I’m 51 and I started progesterone a couple months ago to help with pre menopause (I was having monthly pms symptoms, but a sporadic menstrual cycle). Is the med being prescribed by an OB-GYN? I’d do some research online or ask your provider or their assistant to provide you some info. on it and what the negative side effects may be. Good luck- I hope it’s helpful for your anxiety with no negative side effects. It feels like my anxiety has increased with age so hopefully the HRT is helping my anxiety or at least having a placebo effect. Lol.
