I come from a very emotionally abusive family. Mother a narc.... her way or the high way. She tried to mold me to her benefit. That's not who I am

I hear you. The family I grew up in was very much like this as well, emotionally abusive. Even though my mom has now passed, it seems that my youngest sister has now taken on this role for the family, which is untenable in the view of myself and my own immediate family. 🤯😱
