I’m sorry for your losses. Welcome to the community. HealthUnlocked has a PTSD forum and a Bereavement group. You may want to join them too.
There’s a good bunch of supportive people here. And I’m sure you’ll get some helpful replies. You’re not alone.
I'm sorry for your losses. I hope you do find comfort and support you're seeking from these forums. I know I have. 🙏
💕 I’m so sorry for your losses. When I had a similar loss I wore a necklace with a little golden Angel wing on it. Most people just thought it was a cute necklace but some women caught the symbolism and I had very healing conversations of shared loss with them. It helped me feel seen and comforted by people who understood on a personal level.
I had a few conversations with women who were encouraged that I was expressing myself in this way and had support from my spouse. They felt they had to hide their pain and weren’t able to express themselves so openly. These women, it surprised me to learn were all ages; and some had carried secret grief for decades.
I met a few women who had similar necklaces of their own.
I had a few conversations from people who felt uncomfortable or it brought up any type of loss of a loved one in them. Those were healing to me as well. If I wasn’t in the mood to talk about it I would brush off an inquiry with a comment about a guardian Angel or something similar.💕 👼🏻👼🏼👼🏽👼🏾👼🏿
