Im in crisis with housing and studying. Realised psych wasn't the right bachelor for me. Should have gine for graphic design or journalism maybe. Apparently all my bedsheets are dirty. Oversleeping the bank to get my money from dad and worried he would think i don't need them when in reality i haven't even bought my meds. Why is there so much time till the final exam?! We all know I won't use it to study because im on the critical. This place smells bad and spiders. Have a new loud neighbour. My head hurts and im nauseous and scared. I need to graduate but there are 357754 months till then and I can't even use them to study

Slow. Down. Take things one at a time. You're young, you can still follow a passion for a job if you're lucky enough to have that enthusiasm and talent.
I always wanted to be a cartoonists but I just don't have the patience to sit still and draw, it doesn't speak to me the way woodworking does.
I agree that you should slow down take a breath and possibly try to prioritize the biggest problem and address that first. Take baby steps along the way do something to benefit yourself every day. A little something. Anxiety can definitely make you sick. It is true that you are young and you have time to explore journalism or graphic design. Do work that makes you happy. It is very rewarding. Exams are stressful no doubt about it. Maybe take 15 minutes to study give yourself a break and try to do it again for another length of time. Just keep moving forward Little steps at a time. You can do it! We are here for you take care of yourself.
