It sounds like you feel taken advantage of by your partner and you don't feel secure. This is a lonely place to be. You need to take care of yourself and be the one to find ways to be fulfilled. Talk to a therapist about practicing ways to love yourself. Sometimes we have to fill the "hole" in our soul ourselves. It may be that the people you are living with have their own "holes" to fill. You are helping them, but you have to help yourself, too. Build your confidence by surrounding yourself with people who will lift you up. If you take a step to help YOURSELF you will feel much better - "it's an inside job". I wish you the best journey to discover what a wonderful person you are. 🥰
No love=it's over. You can't make someone love you. Find your feet, stand tall and tell your partner to F-off. Get out. Have the satisfaction of standing up for yourself. Life will miraculously get better.
I'm sorry you are having a hard time. My first thought was that you need something that is just yours to help with the insecurity - like volunteering for something you are passionate about, or a hobby or to get out more with friends or in nature. I don't know if any of this helps, just thoughts that came to mind. Sending big hugs!
It sounds like you may be suffering from low-self-worth and need to learn to love and take care of yourself. Many of us were never taught or parented how to do it and were even shamed or punished for showing any signs of being proud of ourselves or standing up for ourselves as kids, I know I was. Doing this will also improve your relationship. There is a lot of good info on youtube about it, I especially like the youtubes of Julia Kristina and Bernadette Logue and Dr. Bernadette Sewell.
