Feeling overwhelmed tonight

I'm just so exhausted and overwhelmed by all these medical appts and stuff going on. I know it might not sound like a lot,but to me it is right now. I have kidney stones often, my swallowing issues,dental issues, amd on april 5th i get a Tonsillectomy done. I have cavities and I'm worried about losing my teeth before I'm 25! But it's hard finding a dentist that takes my insurance. And I'm so anxious and nervous about the tonsillectomy 😩I know I did this to myself by not eating for a long time. I'm still working on it 😭. I'm just so overwhelmed with life right now

Oh man that’s a lot. Hang in there dear. Lifting you in prayer. How are you feeling overall aside from the anxiety of the situation and stressing with the appointments? Eat well and try to mediate and do deep breathing exercises. Do you yoga? That is calming too. Hugs.

I haven't done yoga before. And overall my depression and anxiety takes over a good bit. When I go to eat,I panic and have a meltdown and end up not eating 😢. That's what led me to all these issues

Oh bless your heart. Anxiety while eating or trying to eat is the worst!! Have you tried to eat spontaneously? like instead of (ok prepping lunch ok going to set in plate then sit etc), just grab something u have ready upon hunger and then try to grab small snacks as the day goes but high protein and fibers. Like boiled eggs and nuts, bananas, rice puddings or string cheese and crackers etc. if you can have some positive interactions with food might help u a lot. Re wire ur brain to positive experience during eating and less anxiety. 🙏🏻 I don’t have yoga videos but I have stretches if I can find original link will share.

I grab quick snacks so I just eat when I feel hungry
