good morning! Things have been much better for me! Yesterday my boyfriend and I went to Boston with some of his friends and I had little to no anxiety. However, this morning I am feeling quite anxious. I know I need to keep doing my affirmations and reframing my thoughts but I’m scared I’m going to slip back to where I was a few weeks ago. Thinking that way doesn’t help but I’m having a hard time changing my mindset. Just needed a place to vent
