Wish me luck everyone. Just started 100mg. I’m really hoping this gives me some relief. I’m nervous. Anxiety has been a 6/10.

Good luck! But, as LilyAnnepuppy says, give it time (as in some weeks). Please note that your system might be a bit unstable while it gets used to the medicine.

Anxiety can make you hyperfocus on yourself and your body and will just continue to reinforce your anxiety, so I know it is difficult, but try to shift your focus to getting on with your day and give the med time to work.
