Really good advice! Just hard to implement sometimes. Especially the letting go part.

Really strong comments. Particularly like the part about accepting what we cannot change. So difficult to actually do, but so important in pursuing peace and serenity

YES!!!

The first point reminds me of one of the points my psychiatrist gave me on how to control ruminating thoughts. Look at the objectives of the situation.
