That's the part that stumps me as well. Maybe it means that, if we have a judgement, we're admitting that we have that "flaw"? What do you think?

hey primrose and Norw! I had much coffee and came to this conclusion: We are a product of all our experiences in life. When we voice our opinion, it is based on everything we have learned to date. Our judgment is therefore based on only what we know. This, in turn, is somewhat like a confession in that how we respond is a complete reflection of ourselves thereby we are “confessing” without even realizing its. Maybe not a “confession” in the literal sense, but a baring of our soul through our own experiences and thereby our judgments.

Just my take on it. 💛
