I have generalized anxiety disorder and I get a multitude of symptoms with it and one of the symptoms is like a floating feeling or like a feeling like I'm uncoordinated or maybe slightly waving back and forth when I'm standing still. I call it dizziness and many others do as well because that's the best and closest thing you can relate it to for others to understand it but I don't really get dizzy but my head definitely isn't clear and so after some research I discovered that this is triple PD and it is a relief to know that there is some vestibular therapy that I can do in addition to my meditation therapy for my anxiety to try and make this better. I was also concerned that the dizziness might be something else which is all been ruled out so if anyone suffers from this floaty disequilibrium feeling you might look into triple PD.

Discovered dizziness with anxiety is triple PD! Relieved to know!
Finally someone else who understands the feeling! I've been trying to find ways to describe it but couldn't
You described it so well and eloquent. Wow. Thanks for sharing. Know exactly what ur talking about. It’s not good by any means but it’s good to know others understand it and relate and can also describe it/explain it well. What exercises are you trying out? In the past I did vertigo recommended ones from YouTube for a while.
Same I'm trying vestibular exercises we're basically it boils down to just running along the same lines is getting used to the discomfort and building your tolerance trip but the fact that I know what it is relieves a lot of my anxiety now, geesh I thought I was sick! I only experience in crowds and noisy environments but never at home so I suspected it was related to anxiety but I couldn't figure out what was wrong so just having this diagnosis helps me to help others understand me and to work through it calmly.
It sounds more like lightheadedness to me, which i differentiate from dizziness (which is like if i would feel full blown drunk, & couldn't walk a straight line, or like spinning around in circles really fast, then trying to walk around. More severe than being lightheaded), but still under the same umbrella. That's amazing that u found out what it was. I know how great that feels, especially when there's treatment or medication available for the issue. Best of luck!
