Lately I have been feeling like everyone around me hates me. No one has given me direct signs to this and maybe I am reading too much into things. However, I just have been feeling like everyone has just been annoyed with me and secretly does not want anything to do with me. Even is they say otherwise...

I struggle with the same feelings. Mine originated in my childhood. I’m working with a therapist about this and other issues. Ask yourself where the feelings originated and address the issues from that perspective.

I would consider seeing a therapist for further evaluation and treatment. I would also suggest looking into cognitive behavioral therapy as it deals with issues like this and how to handle them.
