New here

Hi. I'm new here. The past month I found myself unable to have even the slightest motivation for my work or do daily tasks; all I did mostly was stare at the ceiling I guess. I feel painfully numb and really tired. So yeah, I suppose talking to new people would help!

it’s not for everybody but I’ve been dealing with no motivation my whole life to the point where I can’t even get myself in the shower.. my psychiatrist prescribe me Adderall very low-dose and it’s amazing!! I thought it was going to give me panic attacks and a racing heart, but it doesn’t. It makes me want to study and learn and get things done.
