Random loneliness

do you guys ever randomly feel lonely? Don’t get me wrong I’m okay on my own n I actually prefer to be alone sometimes but sometimes when im sitting alone watching tv this random loneliness just sets in. N I think the scariest thing about it is it feels permanent. Like all of a sudden you’re the only person in the world. Idk man

I completely understand that feeling you sometimes go through. And it’s a normal feeling because humans are social animals after all but at times being alone is what someone needs. That loneliness you feel is a dull feeling but you should know you’re not alone! You have friends who you can talk to and vent out too if you ever need anything! You can count on me and vent out to me if you ever need to. Much love im proud of what you’ve done so far.

Oh, yes. Randomly feeling loneliness, yes, it happens to me. I think it happens to almost everyone. I believe the feeling arises when we look into or reflect on ourselves. When thinking about the purpose of our existence.

Yes. I live alone with my cat and am usually ok being alone. But it does hit me at times,
