Setraline 100mg

Been increased from 75mg to 100mg

I haven’t felt any improvement on 75mg but was only on that dose for 9days

The GP said it’s not enough and I feel low and anxiety high - I feel like I’m back at the beginning with the sensations and emotions-

I just want to feel normal and no panic/dred/shaking/intrusive thoughts or depression-

I have been house bound for 6months and I just want to be able to have the old me back.

Any positives on 100mg please I’m on day 5 and still not feeling any improvement 😭

Hey, i understand. I'm same. Was on the same dose sertline for like 3 years and then got it increased and added some other med, then substracted it and added another and this now works. I think the min is 50mg, max is 200 mg but not so sure. I was on 100, then got to 150 and i think it works but some days when im too broke to buy it i take just 100mg and see no difference. I think it's the good ressonance with my other meds and me working towards feeling better. Don't get me wrong i mess up, i panic, but to me the increase of sertline helped. And as i say the other meds if you have any are important as well. Everything is gonna be alright
