Today I feel like jumping out of my skin with anxiety. Should I reduce the dose to one a day or will this take a little longer to kick in and the anxiety will ease up?
I feel worse now than I did before starting this medication.

Most medications take 2-4 weeks or longer to see improvement. I took Wellbutrin for a while and it didn’t help my anxiety though so I switched to Lexapro.
I took wellbutrin years ago. I remember they told me to take the second dose late afternoon as it can affect sleeping. There is a slow release once a day available, maybe check with your doc. The slow release might even out the anxiety a little better. Limit your caffeine and any other stimulants while you are getting used to it. I liked wellbutrin as it is one of the few antidepressants that didnt cause wt gain or sexual side effects. It worked good for my depression.
Thank you very much for the reply. Day 15 today and things are starting to ease up just a little. I'm going to give it 4 weeks before calling the doctor back if I don't see a change.
