I was pretty skeptical too, but I have to recommend it now. It's a good idea to gather some support when you need it. These are all people who have been there or are there now. And if you decide to delete your profile nobody will ever know who you were or what you said. I think that's a form of safety that I appreciate. I have not been sorry that I've taken steps outside myself with understanding people.
