I’ve never heard of it b4 but it sounds interesting and the reviews online look promising. Especially for panic attacks when we forget to breathe, I can see where this could come in handy. Would be interested to hear if someone here has tried it. I’m always looking for more tools for my toolbox. Thanks for sharing this.

I laughed so hard at this... maybe I'm cynical but I'll own it in this case. I looked at the price, I looked at the stupid commercial... I laughed, I ridiculed it, I cursed the souls of the people who created it trying to take advantage of other's problems.

But if it works for you, it works... no judgement there. I think you can do much better, much cheaper!

I bought a couple of pinky bouncy balls, they fit in my hand nicely, I can squish them or bounce them around and I like the smell of the rubber. There are just so many cheaper things that would work just as well 😉
