hi shanayd, Thankyou for reaching out, it is so important to have someone to talk to and like you said to just vent, anxiety and depression can be very lonely as a lot of people close to us don’t understand and can sometimes just shut you out because they are fed up with you. So thanks again, it’s always good to know that your not alone
