COVId Jab side effects

last year I had 2 bad bouts of anxiety/ depression. I checked my calender and each bout started 2 weeks after my COVId Jab. This may be coincidence and my GP had never heard of it. I would like to know if anyone else had this problem. I have had 5 jabs altogether,

could it be that the reminder of covid is triggering? There are a lot of people out there trying to make us afraid of the shots too.

No issues with the vaccine, but when recovering from COVID itself, my anxiety was through the roof. My psychiatrist said it was due to all of the cytokine activity.

I didn't experience any anxiety or depression after all of my jabs but sometimes anxiety can be triggered by changes in our routine or minor changes physically so that could have been the reason.
