hi I can’t sleep I literally been trying to sleep since 8pm I don’t feel good, but now I can’t sleep I have so much anxiety I am turning around I am lil sad I have to experience by my self .. I don’t reach out with my fam

I know that anxiety comes in many forms. For people like you and me, it's when the sun 🌞 goes down, anxiety interrupts our sleep 😴. There is hope for you to get good quality sleep.
For me, relaxation before bed 🛌 includes turning off electronics 1 hour b4 bed, listening to a sound track from nature and doing some slow and easy stretches from my head to my feet. I like to have a warm drink in winter (cold in summer) to finish off the day . If the mood takes me, I might journal b4 turning in.
None of this was easy and it took a while to find the best things for me. I still occasionally wake in the night but find it easier to get back to sleep.
There is lots of information available online about anxiety and one of its symptoms, insomnia.
If you feel you want some extra help, talk with a doctor about your anxiety & contact a psychologist for some support. Most people like to have sessions face to face but online works too.
