Shower with Love
Things will get easier, as someone who experienced a lot of anxiety when I first moved into my home by myself!
Try getting a pet or some plants! Keep yourself busy, have music playing during the day, do things to distract you from being there and the anxiety.
Things are always changing. They get better and then they get worse and then they get better. When they're bad we forget.
Hang in there - I hope things are better soon.
It's normal to have some fear when things change and in a new situation so the best thing you can do is let yourself feel the fear and don't try to resist it or fight it. It's the resisting and fighting that produces the anxiety and perpetuates it. when you surrender to it the feelings will subside and pass.
if you want to learn more about anxiety and how to constructively deal with it, check out the DARE Anxiety book and youtube videos.
Also consider some basic anxiety reduction techniques such as meditation or mindfulness. I have found that keeping a journal also a good way to understand your emotions, what causes them, and the patterns that may exist.
