Yes and no. This site is like most things in life, it's give and take. There are some great people though and they make all the difference.

I notice that I tend to use these forums more when I am doing better and less likely to 'whine'. I've seen so much good come from a tremendous amount of people and useful advice, it far outweighs the occasional troll or bitter person (who might just be put here to teach us all how to ignore ugliness).

I have found it to be helpful. When I need encouragement, I get it here. Or to share my victory I had🙌🏽 & celebrate my small or big win.

Get helpful advice on how to cope with my anxiety. Share my coping skills on it.
