You really should talk to your doctor about this before trying anything new. I personally use Swanson full spectrum CBD from Swanson Vitamins. But I only use tiny amounts. But I would make sure your doctor is okay with it first.

I’ve used Appalachian Standard which had a small amount of THC but I didn’t see a difference, not sure if it just didn’t work for me or maybe I need to try a different kind.

Thank you for your response!!

I personally use Wyld. However where I am from THC is legal so I usually get the 2:1 ratio of thc:cbd. CBD has incredible benefits on its own, anti inflammatory, helps with multiple health conditions etc. I’ve used horse grade CBD for show horses too and have seen incredible benefits. CBD can be a really good tool and the research on anxiety & CBD is up and coming. Definitely has helped my OCD & anxiety at my lowest and moderated it.

This is great information and I really appreciate it! I’ve heard good things about it helping anxiety. I’m going to look up the kind you use. Thank you for your info :)

dubious. The most convincing evidence I have heard of is that CBD with a tiny amount of thc. Like not enough to get high. There are studies for athletes so maybe that will reveal something. The second problem is a lack of standards. In Colorado for example you can go to a dispensary and know it has to be tested. That isn’t required outside a dispensary so you get all sorts of junk.

The only CBD oil I trust on the market is Charlotte's Web. Here's the link to the website. They use olive oil as the substrate it's infused into. It's one of the oldest and most trusted names in the industry. It is not cheap but it is very effective. I've used it off and on for 7+ years.

Everything that blueruth said is very important to take into consideration as well. Stringent testing is critical in getting the product you need as far as purity and product control is concerned.

Thank you for this information and for your reply!! :)

Lazarus Naturals. They have a RSO that is excellent. RSO is generally going to be a broad-spectrum product (all of the good plant stuff is included without ugly solvents and such). People treating babies with epilepsy and such are probably using RSO.
