I’m thinking of trying CBD to help with my anxiety. Has anyone tried it? Thoughts?

Hi! Yes, it’s been about 6 months since I’ve used CBD oil for anxiety and it works great, the first few weeks went well and it helps with nausea and seizures as well! I was diagnosed with both anxiety and JME (Juvenile myoclonic epilepsy) so I haven’t gotten any more seizures too (with the anti seizures meds I’ve been taking). You need to watch for labels on what brand you’re buying because some aren’t good. If you constantly get aches and pains in your body, there’s also CBD lotion. For sleep there is CBD melatonin supplements. They aren’t necessarily a drug so I see it as a natural way to help aid physical and mental health.

I personally order mine from genkiCBD. Remember that anything you put in your body may work differently for other people too. Also if you constantly use it or over use it, your body will tolerate it and it will end up being useless or having little effect. I personally use mine for my physical health but for anxiety it can work some days depending how severe it is. Make sure you know the dosage you’re supposed to take as well because that could effect it too.

The dosage varies from person to person depending on how their body reacts to it. I bought mine from PharmaXtracts and they do a great job and are very informative and will help you find your perfect dosage.

Pharmaxtract ships over seas. I just purchased their vape and I’m excited to try it!

Hello Wemberly!

I’ve heard plenty of good things about it and plenty of, “it didn’t help me.” I don’t think it would harm you to try because you never know...it may help you! I try lots of things related to my restless legs syndrome and nothing has had an adverse reaction on me yet. Do what you feel you need to do to be well Wemberly! You’re smart and capable...🙂

I've been using CBD oil for awhile now. I'm still not sure if it helps with anxiety, but it does help with some of my pain and inflammation issues & I rarely take ibuprofen anymore, which didn't really help anyway. Now I don't have to worry about stomach bleeding, and one less anxiety helps a little.
