I am new here and I hoped you can help me/provide your thoughts.
For over two decades, I've struggled and suffered from anxiety. At times finding it even difficult to do every day things like go to the mailbox.
Yet over the last two years, on a path of discovery, I've uncovered tools, techniques, and methods that reduced my anxiety. Even releasing my anxiety entirely, so it doesn't return.
I was thinking of creating a product or system of methods around what I've learned to help others reduce or eliminate their anxiety. I'd love your thoughts and feedback on this.
Thanks,
Anthony

I've done a lot of reading and therapy for anxiety and have found there are some good books and methods out there but there is no reason you can't add to the mix..
The ones I have found that have been the most helpful and constructive are based upon the pioneering work of Dr. Claire Weekes and her book "Hope and help for your nerves". I've also found the DARE anxiety book and youtube videos very good, the youtube videos of The Anxiety Guy and the book "At last a life and beyond" by Paul David.
Thanks for the great suggestion of books and YouTube Videos. I'll definitely be Dr. Claire Weekes and DARE anxiety. I believe any knowledge we can use to improve is well woth pursuing.
I appreciate you've done a lot of reading and therapy for anxiety. And definitely agree there are some good books and methods out there.
At times, anxiety can be almost like a blackhole. I've just glad I'm no longer being sucked into it.
My biggest focus is that I really want to add value and improve people's lives. And I appreciate you saying there is no reason I can't add to the mix. That is something that I needed it hear.
You're welcome, all of the people i cited used their own experiences and healing as a basis for putting their stories and methods out in public to help others, no reason you can't do the same, best to you for paying it forward.
