I wish I could be so confident whilst I applaud your words but find it hard to wake up feeling refreshed I hardly sleep as it is I sometimes feel run down and depressed !

Tomorrow is a new day.... just DECLARE that it WILL be a good one, then lay your head down and simply focus on the beautiful kitty. If your mind starts to stray, imagine laying down next to the kitty, placing your hand on his chest, and feel it's gentle and happy purr as he loves you right back.
