That must be very hard you through those deaths , hat people close to me pass away and it was hard on me . You don’t have to feel alone , I and other people on this group can relate to depression and anxiety and losing people we love.
A therapist could help with all of these problems. I'm guessing you don't have one since you didn't mention it, and therapists are hard to find if you don't have good insurance and money for the copays. You could at least talk to someone at a free website like Seven Cups of Tea. Perhaps a social worker could explain how to find low-cost psychotherapy in your area. Could you join AA? Alcohol is not going to help your situation. Please take some action to improve things. There is help out there, it just takes effort to find. Sending you caring thoughts.
