I am dealing with hair loss and it is killing me. I want to be happy but every second of every day I am depressed about my looks and constantly experience episodes of severe depression and anxiety. It may seem like a silly thing to be depressed over, but it drives me crazy. I’ve become insanely self critical and idk what to do. I can’t afford therapy, the doctors claim my hairloss is genetic and irreversible, and I guess I am just turning to this community to look for some support and advice/help. Thanks.

I suffer with hair loss , have been through lots of shampoos and conditioners , hair oils , hair supplements to help but sometimes I feel it’s no use .
Seakelp is good for hair loss I have a pinch on my toast and mix it in with the chocolate spread or marmalade Biotin and vitamin b 12 are also brilliant for hair loss as is inositol
If you are low in progesterone then natural progesterone cream may help but don't take it if you don't need it
PRP and nutrafol, there is also some type of helmet thing you wear to stimulate follicles.
Not sure if this is the answer for genetic problems. I'm just wondering if it might slow it down?

I suffered with early hair loss, my dad and both of my grandfathers were bald. I wore hats a lot as a young man, the interesting thing in looking back at photos of me then was how much hair I actually had but in my mind I didn't. You might try cutting all your hair off and shaving your head and embracing it and realizing it's really not a big deal in the big scheme of things, which will help you learn to cope with it.
