It`s not as easy as rolling your eyes anyone who gets banned or has issues will keep coming back and constantly bombarding certain users.they don`t even need to post or comment all they have to do is rejoin daily under a new name and harass in pm.

if I`m a new potential user you do the normal email set up only for HU to ask you to verify your account by text message.if so it leaves a trail to the owner of that number and phone.if you decide to troll and bully that account gets blocked along with the number and that user who the phone is registered too can be traced and arrested or whatever.

The only concern that I have with that is that we have a lot of people who are elderly, or poor that may need help. (if you get what I'm trying to say)

I have OCD and I have learned to see it as a big bully inside my own head. What helped me more than anything was to love that bully as part of me, because he IS part of me. So, he says things to upset me, and I just let it go without much reaction to it. He gets bored and settles down. In some ways, "external bullies" are the same way - they just want attention, be it negative or positive attention. When they stop getting attention, they find something else to do pretty quickly. Some of their jabs are not even worth acknowledging.
