When you feel Powerless!?!?

I dropped my 16 yo daughter at a residential facility for her eating disorder today. It was a wrenching day. She is a first timer, setting appears great with wonderful staff. She cried during the travel and kept asking us to take her home. Broke my heart. How do you manage impossible situations where you feel powerless?

I have a relationship with christ, not sure if u do but just responding to your last question

one scripture that brings me great comfort when i feel utterly powerless is the one about his yoke(jesus) being light, and theres so many about casting our burdens onto Him

That is pretty much the only thing that helps me in those times
