Today Is my Son Birthday he turn 6 and my Wife taking him and other kids to the Pepsi house to celebrate ...I never missed a birthday outing with my kids but I battle social anxiety and large crowds I feel really sad I'm not able to go and I'm on meds and I still struggle I never had a problem with crowds I just don't wanna have a Panic Attacks in front of my kids and ruin my Son day I love him just that much to stay home rather than Go ..😥😥😥😢😢😢😢😢😭
