I’m sick right now… and the way I look at it, it’s a good reason to rest and take special care. The anxiety as I rest is less because I’m taking care of myself.

You're welcome. I'm really struggling. I'm recently home because my roommate scared me but home mom is triggering me and i am probably going back to university tommorow but wondering whether to go and about to panic, insane high anxiety
